Kohls Order Delivery Status Online Tracking/ Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information for your order. You can check the status of your package once it’s in transit. Using the link provided via email, you can sign up for text notifications for delivery updates. You can select alerts when your order ships, when it’s expected to arrive and when it is finally delivered.

Some UPS and FedEx packages are handed over to your local post office to complete the delivery. If your package says it was delivered on UPS.com or FedEx.com and you have not received it, it may be with the USPS and arriving shortly. You should see a 20 digit number that can be used to track your package on USPS.com.

Tablet or Desktop

  1. Go to the Account icon at the top of any page while on Kohls.com.
    1. If you are not signed in, log into your Kohls.com shopping account.
    2. If you are already signed in, click “View recent orders”.
  2. Once in your account information, click the “Orders” tab on the left to display your orders.
  3. Click the order number and the items from your order will be listed along with tracking information.

Please note: If you placed the order as a guest (did not use a Kohls.com shopping account), go to the Order Status link at the bottom of any page. Input your order information to review the order details including tracking.

Mobile or Kohl’s App

  1. Select the menu button in the upper-left corner
  2. Select “Order”
  3. Select “Track Order”
  4. If not signed into an account, enter your order number, your billing ZIP Code and email address. Select “Continue”
  5. Select “Order Details.” The items from your order will be listed, along with tracking information.
